  • What are the ticket prices?
    Ticket prices vary depending on seating options and the performance date. You can find detailed pricing information on our “Ticket” page at Rebelity.
  • Are there any special promotions or early bird offers?
    Occasionally, we offer special promotions and early bird discounts. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated on the latest offers.
  • How can I purchase tickets for “If It Isn't Love”?
    You can purchase tickets online via our website's “BUY NOW” button or directly at the box office of the venue.
  • Can I choose my seats when purchasing tickets online?
    Depends on the venue, and the ticketing page will always indicate these options. For all shows, VIP ticket holders will always get preferential seating options no matter if we use a self-selected seating chart or general admission.
  • Can I get a refund if a performance is canceled?
    If a performance is canceled, you will be offered a refund or the option to exchange your tickets for another performance date.
  • Do children need tickets?
    Yes, all attendees, including children, need a ticket to enter the venue. Please note that some performances may not be suitable for young children. Check our “Ticket Info” page for age recommendations.
  • Can I purchase tickets for someone else?
    Yes, you can purchase tickets as a gift for someone else. Simply enter their information during the checkout process.
  • Are there any additional fees when purchasing tickets online?
    There may be a small convenience fee for online purchases. The fee will be displayed during the checkout process.
  • Are there VIP tickets available?
    Yes, VIP guests get the best seats in the house for an optimal viewing experience along with the guaranteed opportunity to meet the cast and crew after the performance. We even have surprise gift bags for some shows.
  • How will I receive my tickets?
    You can choose to receive your tickets via email (e-tickets), print-at-home tickets, or pick them up at the box office (will call).
  • Are there any discounts available?
    Yes, we offer discounts for currently-enrolled students, seniors (60+), and groups of 10 or more. Check our “Ticket Info” page for more details on available discounts.
  • What forms of payment are accepted?
    We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and cash (at the box office).
  • What if I need to cancel or exchange my tickets?
    All sales are final, but exchanges may be possible depending on availability and the venue's policy. Please contact the box office for assistance with exchanges.
  • How can I provide feedback or get involved with the production?
    We encourage you to post and share great reviews online and tag us @allwriteproductions. Please use the contact info on the website to inquire about getting involved.
  • Are there opportunities for photos with the cast after the show?
    Yes, we encourage the cast to come out briefly after the show to mix and mingle for questions and photographs when possible
  • What time should I arrive at the theatre?
    We recommend arriving at least 40 minutes before the performance starts to allow time for parking, ticket collection, and finding your seat.
  • Can I take photos or record during the show?
    Taking photographs and the use of recording devices, including cell phone cameras, is expressly forbidden by law.
  • Are food and drinks available at the venue?
    Most times, there will be food and drink options available before and during the performance. However, many venues do NOT allow food and drink inside the theatre itself. Thus, all food and beverages must be consumed in designated areas outside the theatre.
